Swim caps are never 100% effective at excluding water, but this one does a very good job. I swim 2.5 hrs, 3x/week, and used to spend a good % of that time adjusting my swim cap (and goggles). Less time now with this cap. I like the non-slip interior (my hair is relatively short), and the extra "pouch" giving room for my ears. As to how long it will last: we'll see. Pulling at the cap to adjust it usually adds to wear and tear :), so perhaps this one will be longer-lived.

The cap fits very well and does not slide up as you swim.  It is the best swim cap that I have ever used.  I love it!!!

Durable and covers more than most caps.  My swim team kids love it for practice.

I love it! It keeps the water out of my ears without using earplugs.

I originally wanted what I used to buy-a Swimclub ear cap but they seem discontined. This cap looked simular- with the same shape so with high hopes I bought it. Well it was too small for me and was so tight I worried about cutting my circulation. Can't use it.   I think it should come a bit larger. My hair is only ear length so my head must be too large. I miss my Swimclub ear cap!!!
