Would recommend to anyone doing deep water Aqua Fit. I have had eight back surgeries, and by wearing this belt in the deep end it makes the workout ZERO IMPACT! Love it so much! Only thing is the strap issue, you have to sew the strap in place 2 to 3 inches tighter than you actually need it when its DRY,. This makes it so that you cannot put the belt on when it's dry, so make sure to only put the belt on in the Shallow End of the pool when you and the belt are both wet, then once the belt is done up and secure proceed to the Deep End. It makes it PERFECT in the water, it stays in place!
Really AMAZING product for the LOW price.
