I use it when I'm going snorkeling it helps keep my hair from getting pulled by the dive mask. This is one of the few caps that keeps the water out of my ears, and my head dry. The color is grate because it goes with several of my suits.

My son loves using this particular swim cap. It's thick enough so that it feels like it won't tear easily, and comfortable enough that he can wear it for those long practices with comfort.
