    Easy to follow!!! Step by step description of all workouts.  Takes the boredom of the usual swimming routine.  Definitely recommended to all swimmers at all swimming level.  Just to weeks into the 16 week training and my YMCA Master swim coach noticed the difference in speed and technique.
