For a size large it runs a bit small. The cushioned area doesn't go up on to the bum area. I will however make the shorts work for me because during the biking season I tend to shed some weight and I don't have a sore bottom when I ride. This may however, be an issue for others. Overall, I like the look of them.

This is my second pair. They were comfortable on the bike and run. I just did a duathlon in the pouring rain and they were great. Since I don't swim, I wasn't sure how they would be for me on the ride. Everyone is different but these work for me.

These shorts have light padding between the legs. In my experience, it did not easy my comfort on a bike on a 8 mile ride. I've worn my shorts three times and there is some pattern on the outside of the legs of the shorts; on my left leg the pattern is rubbing off. This pattern does not seem, to me, to take away or add to the quality of the shorts, but does make it look bad that it's rubbing off. The shorts stay in place and do not ride up. There is a drawstring waist. Small back pocket on the rear. The pocket is not large enough to hold an iPhone. Overall I thought this product was fine and I'd probably order them again.

The material is great and drys quick. The pad on the other hand is too thick and causes chafing on the bike and run.
