The Check Crossfit One Piece combines color and durability to give you a training suit that stands up to chlorine lap after lap.
I love the check look but this TYR was not snug fitting like other size 30s I have ordered in the past. Maybe that was the reason for the discount? Not sure. Also, the top part is not wide enough to cover me well. If i ordered a bigger size, this suit would have been too long.
I was looking for a workout suit that would minimize those funky tan lines and this is it, with the added bonus of being super comfortable and open through the shoulders. For us more mature ladies, it seems like it's cut a little high in the leg and backside but it stays in place and doesn't crawl up. You will appreciate it once you are in the water as it allows for great range of motion and no rubbing. Fabric is fantastic.
Holding up ok. It gets a lot of hours in the pool.
Perfect swimsuit for a nice long swim. It is very comfortable and it looks great. I really like the style and the design. I didn't notice that it had the TYR logo all over the place until I received it. I had thought they were just gray and black squares, but I don't mind. I mean, they have to advertise their brand. It is also comfortable when left on for a while. I am lifeguard so I have to have a suit on all the time when I work and a lot of them are very uncomfortable but this one isn't.
Even though this suit has a few flaws, it is my favorite. I have 3 of them and rotate them daily so they last longer. I will tell you that this runs a little loose, which I don't mind too much - makes a great drag suit when the stretchiness really gives way. But, if you are a little larger chested, you will find that the sides of your "chest" get a little more tan than you are used to. This will not last as long as other Tyr suits, but it is well worth the price. Extremely comfortable from day one, almost no tan lines on your back, and great for flyers. Do not go a size smaller, because you won't have enough fabric to cover your front side!
I've only worn it for one swim, but is extremely comfortable and has just the right amount of coverage. I'm 6"1" and the 34 had long enough straps.
I get so many compliments on this suit! I have it in the multicolor (not orange or black). It definitely fits a little more snuggly than my other TYR suit, but I feel so fast in it. The thin back straps are awesome and exactly what I wanted. By far my favorite suit and I'm considering ordering it in black as well.
