Trigger Point The Grid Foam Roller

Beats a foam roller hands down because it can't be crushed flat. It was too long to do my upper spine any good because it hit the shoulder blades, so I cut it in half with a saw. Now I can roll up my entire spine all the way up to my head.

Good product, not so good instructions. I love what it does for me, but it took me a while to figure out how to use it (i'm still learning some things). There are some basic pictures that come with it, and a bunch of videos they want you to buy, but I already paid pretty pricey for it... I found my best resource on youtube. The company has a channel that is helpful, plus a few other folks have stuff up for it as well.
