This is my first season to work with children over 8 and I needed to teach my older swimmers the competive turns. I already had Steve's DVD on Teaching Progressions and bought this one hoping it would be just as good. I was NOT disappointed. I highly recommend it! Like the teaching Progressions DVD, Steve breaks each turn down into smaller parts. I found it very helpful. Most importantly, my swimmers can do pretty good turns now.
