Speedo Hydro Resistant Jog Belt

It’s ok but becomes loose easily

This is the third speedo jog belt I have purchased. They are durable, long-lasting, and more bouyant than other belts I’ve tried. I use them for pool workouts with dumbbells.

I use the belt for my deep water exercise at the YMCA. The greatest thing about the belt is the width, and the buckles stay snug. I would not order this belt again as it slides up on my back as I excercise and does not stay in place.. I do not like that the material is so wet after class. I leave it in the garage to dry. This winter I will have to get a different belt because it wont dry easily.

Combine with hand weights to get a great low-impact workout. Easy to adjust size. Like all such products, it tends to ride up a little during use, but it's 100% better than less expensive products.
