PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Speedo's Aqualab has once again reinvented the technical suit. The Speedo Fastskin Pro is lighter, faster and more powerful. It features quick drying fabric which is ideal for multiple swims on the same day, all the while enhancing performance. The unique water repellent coating limits water absorption which prolongs suit life. In order to provide optimum fit, Speedo collected body scan data from hundreds of swimmers to ensure every stitch and seam was correctly placed. Unlike many technical suits, the seams are vertically oriented to reduce drag based on CFD analysis (Computational Fluid Dynamics). The specifically formulated compression formula now provides 15% more power and compression than any lightweight suit on the market. Compression also provides core stability and firmness during competition without feeling restrictive or heavy, which is so important in swimming. Speedo's special LZR pulse fabric, a high density microfiber fabric woven from chlorine resistant elastane and ultra fine nylon thread, provides the lowest water absorption rate of any woven fabric.

With all these benefits and features, it's quite evident how Speedo retains longtime wearers of their highly advanced suits.

Recently, USA Swimming Head National Team Coach Mark Schubert was among many swimming insiders praising the new Fastskin FS Pro. "The FS Pro is taking swim suit technology to a whole new level" he said. "After breaking the 200 Butterfly world record, Michael Phelps commented to me on my last turn, I felt like I was shot out of a cannon in that suit. My legs felt so good". Since Michael Phelps tested and approved the suit, Speedo is hard pressed to have a more authoritative nod.

Okay i have been using the orginal pro for a few years now and it works very well. Ive gone 7 best times this season using the pro. it lasts like 4 meets then it starts streching out. If you have big hips like i do its very hard to get up you may  need to go up a size because this suit is very tight on the hips. the only problem with doing this is if you have a small chest the suit will be too loose up there. I have this problem and you cant really drop down or go up. But the suit works well compared to the fsII it last 5x longer. This suit works best when dry. Put on time is about 7-10 mintues. be sure to go slow because the seams will strech and rip the suit this happend to me once. I hoped this help you!

    Feels too big

I bought this with size comparable to the fastskin II and aquablade ones I bought previously and it's way too big. My kid's coach said she needed to wait 2-3 years before she could wear it.

My daughter used the suit at her league meet and CIF.  She stated that it was like wearing nothing.  She did a great job at both meets.   Great product and great pice

my daughter used it for long course and felt very comfortable and it dried really fast, so that she wasn't wet inside till her next event. She wore it for two events and did not strecht out of proportion, overall her favorite suit!!!

    Feels true to size

I used this suit in my college championship meet.  Overall, I loved it.  It was tough to get over the hips, as expected, but the shoulder straps are stretchy enough that getting it over the shoulders wasn't a problem.  It felt absolutely amazing in the water, and I could definitely feel that it gave me a lift.  I did notice that there seemed to be an air pocket right in the middle of the upper chest that I couldn't really do much about.  I don't think it affected me too much, but it was kind of strange.  Also, the suit started to become a little strained near one of the seams towards the end of the three-day meet.  I'm not sure if that had more to do with me or the product.  I advocate ordering the same size that you would for other competition suits.  I normally wear a size 26 for competition but ordered a 25 long and had to exchange it for a 26.

I'm a 14 yr old age group swimmer, and I wore this suit at a few invitationals and at state. All the times I've worn this suit, I've dropped. That might just be a mental thing, but this suit definitely compresses (in a good way) and races well. It is true to size, and my only issue I might've had with it was that the 26 was a little short on my legs (which are disproportionately long). The fit around the leg at the seam was better than the TYR Tracer light, though.

    Feels too big

nice suit  but the upper part seems to be made for a bigger breast . We have a 24, the 25 is really too big and the 22 too small and they do not seem to have 23, The legs fit nicely but the upper part too big when wet.
