I like the Hydro sport water shoes so much I am wearing them in my Senior Fit dryland exercise class as well. They are so comfortable, you don't have to wear them just for water sports.

These have enough structure I could put an old orthotic (with holes drilled in it) inside and have happy arches. They have enough cushion that my tender feet can enjoy the water aerobic class without pain. I did not find my feet floating up even though there was lots of plastic.
