Awesome water pants!!
I wear these everyday stand up surfing on Maui. I LOVE THESE PANTS!! The fit is great, they are super comfortable, and they are also beautiful!! I get many compliments on them. The best thing is I don't have to wear sunscreen on my legs. I was previously wearing capris and was getting an unwelcome tan line below the knees. As soon as O'Neil has another print I will buy them! These pants ROCK!!

No more sunburn, ever!
It is impossible to keep sunscreen on your legs when playing in the surf. After getting a terrible burn on my first beach outing of the season, I am giving up and wearing these instead. They are even prettier in person. They have a mesh lining at the waist, and a really cool seaming detail on the side of the leg. I wish they had a little higher waist, but I do have a really long torso. Swim/Surf companies, make more cool surf leggings and swim pants!
Snug as a bug!
I use these leggings for regular practice and when doing SUP. Perfect fit, rides a little low in the front but overall I would recommend these to everyone.
I wore these every day for like 6 hours a day surfing on a recent trip to Nicaragua. They protected me completely from sunburn and, critically, prevented me from getting the nasty leg rashes I usually get from wax on tropical trips. While wearing pants in the water is a bit funny, these are cute and fun and I have to say they were ten times more comfortable than surfing in a bikini!

Jack O'Neill began surfing in 1952, before functional surf apparel was invented. While working for the Army Air Corps, O'Neill discovered neoprene foam in a DC-3 airplane. He then combined the neoprene carpeting with duct tape to create the first neoprene wetsuit.
Demand for O'Neill's neoprene wetsuits grew rapidly and he began a business selling the O'Neill wetsuits out of his garage. By 1980, he was a leader in the beach apparel industry with a thriving business. Since then, O'Neill™ has become a widely recognized and respected brand in the surf industry, continually creating new and innovative products. In addition to O'Neill wetsuits, they carry O'Neill boardshorts, O'Neill dresses, O'Neill hats, O'Neill rash guards, O'Neill swimsuits, O'Neill water shoes, O'Neill sandals, O'Neill life jackets and O'Neill t-shirts.
In addition to his business success, O'Neill also created a non-profit foundation for kids. O'Neill developed the O'Neill Sea Odyssey Program: a free, educational cruise that introduces kids to the microbiology of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary, beginning at Jack O'Neill's doorstep.
