Ride in the comfortable, supportive Louis Garneau Women's Comp Tri Shorts. The innovative HuggFit waist gives a fantastic fit so you can compete in total comfort.
These worked out great in my first triathlon. The medium was true to size. Lots of the other mediums I tried on were uncomfortably snug. They stayed put on the run, had a little padding for the bike, and didn't bug me on the run. Most importantly, they didn't give me sausage legs!
Fit: Feels true to size

best triathlon shorts I've ever used
I used these tri shorts for a sprint triathlon; the size Large fit me perfectly. I am 5'6, 150lbs. I appreciated that the elastic in the waistband and at the thighs was wide and not too binding. There was no "sausage leg" with these. For me, the shorts had a nice secure fit throughout. Compared to other tri brands, these short run true to size, so if you prefer your triathlon gear to be super-snug, size down from your regular tri gear size. I did not experience any riding up or slipping of the shorts at anytime during the race. The shorts pad is not thick and therefore dried well and did not get in the way during the run. Best tri shorts I've ever worn!
Sized Really Large
Seemed to be of good quality but sized rather large. I am 5"5" and weigh 155 pounds and ordered an extra large....way too big. I had to send it back.
Fit: Feels too big
I loved the way these felt when I tried them on- so comfortable. No binding in the waist and perfect length. My concern was with the waistband and lack of drawstring. While the waistband was super comfy I was worried about it sliding or rolling down when biking. Would have felt better if there was a drawstring. Really wanted to keep them but couldn't risk it without trying them out on a ride and after being in the water.
Saint Simons Island, GA
This was my first actual pair of tri shorts so I was disappointed when I tried to run in them and they slipped down around the waist. They seem to fit everywhere but in the waist. I am afraid to get in the water with them since they are a bit big. They did wash and dry well so I know they will dry quickly in a race.
Wierd liner inside.
The shorts felt okay when I put them on. But the liner inside is not like the normal liner you see in tri shorts. It looked more like felt. I was worried they would stay wet all the time.
