After a 34 year lay-off I've returned to coaching swimming for a high school here in Reno, NV.  I have found Dick Hannula's book to be quite informative and helpful for me to catch on to what has taken place in swimming since I left the profession.  I recommend it to anyone interested in coaching, coach swimming or having a resource at hand to refer to for valuable information.
