Gaiam Eco Total Body Balance Ball Kit

I wanted the exact ball that is being advertised... I did not get the ball I order. And on top of that it did notcome with the DVDs.

I should have given 5 star but this one came a bit smaller than what I thought will be good for a 6feet guy. works very good and has really good durability

The ball received was smaller than my chair , I probably should have ordered the larger ball

I ordered this 75 cm ball to do the same exercise at home as I did at Rehab during a 7 week physical therapy treatment for spinal stenosis. This ball fills all my expectations as part of a series of exercises.
