    First off it is not sport specific. However, time intervals for food consupmtion before competition along with the recipies are invaluable. Kids loved the peanut butter pasta! Have been trying out 1 or 2 recipies per week and getting feedback from the kids. Some foods are a little bland but once you taste it it is easy to figure out how to spice it up. All in all a good buy

    Believe it will be a great addition to the library, but we haven't had a chance to read all of it just yet.  We attended a nutrition seminar for swimmers this last week and I believe the book will be an excellent reinforcement of the materials covered at the seminar.
