I use mine for swimming and kayaking when air temperature is lower. I notice it gives me some increased buoyancy as well

I’m on the larger size of medium. The medium fits perfect, right like a compression shirt but comfortable. The neck opening is small making it difficult to pull over my regular size head. Otherwise it’s a good fit.

I normally would order a large but bought a medium. It's better to have a snug fit. It keeps you warmer and does not cause any issues with your swim stroke. Great swim shirt for open water swimmers!
