Very pleased with prompt delivery and size of clock for viewing ease. It is lightweight which can be a blessing or curse. Concerned about sustainability of product only because it seems fragile. Would be beneficial if clock had additional ways to secure it to a wall or fence (there is only one plastic eye at the top of the clock to hang it). Hopefully will last a few years.

The clock works fine but unfortunately does not fit on the stand so we are not really able to use it. Extremely frustrating. I have called... had to wait for a call back which came after hours on Friday night. It was followed up with an email requesting pictures which I sent. The resolution process is moving extremely slow and by the time this is resolved our season will be over. Really wish I hadn't spent the $700.

I will start by saying that we haven't used the clock for our pool yet, partially because of the following. The mounting holes on the Plexiglas face cover don't match the mounting holes on the clock itself. And the screws that were included are too big for the holes. So much so that when I tried to screw the first one in, it started to crack the Plexiglas immediately. I had to have our maintenance people drill out the holes so as not to ruin it. Pretty sad quality/craftsmanship for a $350 clock. If it wasn't so big and I didn't order it online, I would have returned it.

I do want to say that we now ship these clocks as "plug-and-play" - in other words, when you take it out of the box, all you have to do is plug it in (electrical) and turn it on (battery).
