Nice but squeaky
I bought this shoe to use as a casual and light hiking shoe for mixed environments. It fits well, is true to size and very comfortable. However, the shoe has annoyingly loud squeaks when walking indoors. It is less noticeable when walking outdoors. It is not the sole on hard floor surfaces; it also squeaks when walking on carpet. The squeaks are internal to the shoe. I cannot say if this is just a problem with this pair of shoes or inherent to the design. I will keep them however and try to find a way to mitigate or eliminate the noise.
Fit: Feels true to size

Haven't noticed the cooling factor
Very comfortable. But after a day of fishing and being wet all day, the shoe's odor is disgusting.
