    Feels true to size

i tried on many tri suits and this was the one i liked best by far. well, really it was the one that was the cutest on and i don't want to worry about what i look like while exerting myself to the max. a few notes - 1) this does not have a built in bra. other tri suits with a built in bra did not work so well for me, so i use my lap swim bikini top as my bra instead and it works fine during races (for reference, i'm a c cup). 2) the chamois on this is much more substantial than other brands, probably because castelli has a long-standing cycling tradition, but it serves me well on long-distance tris and does not bother me during the run. i'm assuming after a few more races, i'll break it in more and it'll become softer 3) the seams are great, no chafing, no riding up.

    Love it! Felt great!
However, only wore it once and it has a tear in the seem between the white top and black bottom!

Castelli has a rich history dating back multiple decades in the cycling community. In the 1940s, Armando Castelli, an Italian tailor, designed clothes for Gino Bartali, a famed cyclist. Designing clothes for Gino Bartali proved to be the catalyst for Armando Castelli's career. As a result of designing for a famous cyclist, one of Bartali's cycling rivals, Fausto Coppi, asked Armando Castelli to design a jersey that would make him faster in competitions. Castelli agreed and produced the first-ever silk cycling jersey.

Ever since, Castelli has become a true pioneer within cycling clothing production. Armando Castelli constantly thought about how he could improve his products which led to adding special details such as collars, pockets, and zippers. In 1977, Castelli made another innovation: the first Lycra cycling short. With a constantly evolving company, Castelli continues to create superior cycling clothing that boasts the latest technology.
