These are a true floating fin

I find these best for working my legs on my back stroke. The help with that little "sink" I get on my back, keeping my body better aligned and due to their true "floatability" make my legs work harder on my down kick because they provide good resistance. Be warned that they fit large; I need a swim sock under them and they still rub a little on my ankle as the material is rigid with very little give.

Great Fins....but got blisters on my bunion

I loved these fins. They seem to fit good and improved my kick. They are light weight. I wore them for one swim and got blisters on my bunions that are on week two of healing. I contacted the company that made them to find out the best way the provide pressure relief for bunion area. I would have given a 5 star rating if my bunion weren't so blistered. My bunions were not painful or bothering me prior to earing these fins.

    Arena Tech Fin

This is an extremely lightweight fin, great to travel with. I bought them to use in a pool. They were OK, not fabulous but OK when doing a basic flutter kick. But I also like to incorporate a frog kick in my pool workout and these fins do not do that well. I would not use them when snorkeling or diving in the ocean either. They just don't deliver enough kicking power.

    Very small

these fins run very small, the chart indicated I should order a small and I did, they are very tight but it's too much of a hassle to return. One good thing, in being small, they don't move, so no blisters.
