  • 7/17/2014 Quality Made

    rating star By SwimSwimSwim

I swim quite a lot in a chlorinated pool and love the quality and softness of arena suits. I find TYR and Speedo suits to be really scratchy and rough. Arena provides the perfect Chlorine resistance along with softness. This suit provides a nice bust and bum cover and the cut is pretty low compared to other Arena suits. The coverage on the bum is perfect and you won't have half of your bum cheeks hanging out the sides on the back. I say this suit is perfect for someone with wider chest and hips. Arena suits run larger in general, so if you wear TYR or Speedo 36, you should order 34 in Arena and with race suits you should go even one size lower. Again the only down side I see is the sizing, but when you find the right size, you'll love the quality.

  • 11/24/2013 Returned, too large all over, especially in butt

Suit was much too large all over, especially in the length and the leg openings, plus, the fabric was heavier than some other competition suits I've worn. I returned it.

  • 2/8/2013 nice material in a polyester suit

    rating star By lakeswimmer

I am a Master's swimmer with 3 swims per week.  This suit is too big for me, I ordered a 34 instead of my usual 36 based on reviews, but the style and fabric are great.  When I swam in it it ballooned out, maybe because this is a finer polyester fabric from the Speedo's I usually wear.  I am tall, 5"9" with a slender build but big chest, so it is hard to find suits that fit both.

  • 8/21/2012 Good fit but buy 2 sizes smaller

    rating star By anna

It's quite possible that in general arena's swimsuits run a tad bigger. I wear size 32/6 but had to settle for size 28. I like the way the swimsuit fit but a bit more fabric under the arm would've made it a perfect fit. I especially liked that the bust (DD) felt fairly well supported and the swimsuit was appropriately tight.

  • 11/27/2015 My best fitting suit!

    rating star By Connie36

Most suits are too short in the torso for me,  but this fits perfectly.    I really like the leg line too.  Everything just stays put and lays flat.    No complaints at all.  Which is really saying a lot!

  • 11/4/2015 almost perfect

    rating star By Carolyn

I am 5'4' and around #155 that I am working on. I swim about 2K meters a 1-2 times a week. I swam competitively as a kid and laps as an adult.  My breast are C-D cup.  I have always worn a 36. I like arenas because I have a long torso. Dry this suit fits perfectly
But wet after swimming a bit. the chest area start to pull to the right. My Right side a wee bigger than left. So I have close calls to a wardrobe malfunction. But the straps, the butt coverage and I like the back as well. I am hoping overtime it might tighten up or I can lose weight so it does not pull over so much. Better than other suits that crawl up my butt, poor back coverage or skinny straps that dig into my shoulders. We will see how it goes.
I wonder how this would fit as a 34 but worried it is the bust coverage would decrease but suit would be tighter. If I got a 38 more bust coverage but droopy suit?

  • 7/20/2015 OK Suit, Not sure it will hold up

    rating star By Kate

OK, I'm admit I prefer speedos, but I need another work out suit and didn't care for  the available colors in my size. I saw this and thought I'd give it a try. It was a little higher price than my last speedo suit. It's OK, but I'm not sure it will last out the summer. First thing I noticed is that the quality of the stitching doesn't live up to the speedo products. A lot more single stitching in high stress areas, where the speedos have double stitch. Fabric quality is lighter, this could be a plus, but the combination with the single stitching and chlorine in the pool and everyday use. I'm not sure will hold up. New suits are always on the tight side, but I'm tall and this seem a little on the short side.  So far, I'm using it for a back up suit, but that was not what I intended. I'll probably not buy this again. The quality just doesn't seem to be there for the money.

  • 5/13/2015 Quality Suit

    rating star By E.C.

This is a cute suit. The colors are good, and the lining is thick. The back cut-out is flattering, and the straps stretch. The only reason I returned the suit was sizing. I ordered the largest size, and it was a good four inches too short, and not wide enough across the chest. I'm 5'8 and large boned, a size 40B in bras. Men's M shirts generally fit my broad shoulders, while women's sizes which fit in the body are two inches too small across the shoulders. This suit was no exception. It's too bad 40 is the largest size.

I give it 4 stars because I have yet to test it in the water.
Till now it feels great and I am sure that it will perform very well in the water.
