    I found the paddles to be helpful in keeping me focused - always thinking CLAM SHELL .... NOT...... STARFISH

    Swim Paddles

    Very easy to use. Able to swim more laps cause I can swim faster with the paddles. Easy to adjust to fit properly. No regrets.

    Comfortable and Helpful

    Perfect. Love the curved shape and relatively small surface. Ordered regular size for Hubby after using xsmall size for my small hands, which work great. Provides right amount of extra tension-plenty and wouldn't want more pressure on shoulders. Love using w/ pull buoy--can really emphasize core work w/ slight exagerrated rolling. Helps break up lap after lap routine.
