Founded by Leeann Carey, Yapana means "The support and extension of life" in ancient Sanskrit. Yapana refers to a practice of yoga that incorporates props and vinyasa flow to deliver therapeutic support. Props are an integral part of Yapana yoga and support the body during poses so that users can achieve deep connections with their mind and body.
Yapana yoga is highly customizable and can be practiced by anyone, regardless of skill level. Poses can easily be altered based off a person's flexibility as well. Those who practice Yapana yoga will experience a sense of enlightenment and can improve their way of life in a fast-paced world.
