We have 4 swimmers in our house and there are never enough goggles, all of us used to use the Speedo Vanquishers. These are essentially the same goggles for half the price. I bought 4 extra pairs and everyone is perfect

These were for my husband to use while playing water volleyball. He liked the idea of the fingers being held together so the whole hand takes a hit and not just one finger which can cause injury. I used them in water aerobics and they are good for resistance without weights on the days my arms ache too much for weights.

I used these paddles to swim with 3 times a week. I like that the paddles fit perfectly to my hands with out sliding off. I find the paddles great for arms while working out in the pool.
