Sprint Aquatics™ was started in 1972 when founder Dianne Rothhammer's daughter won gold at the Munich Olympics. Using elite swimmers and their training tools as inspiration for her new company, Dianne started Rothhammer International, Inc.

Now known as Sprint Aquatics, Rothhamer International was the United States' first major goggle supplier. Since the 1970s, they have continued to produce swimming accessories and pool equipment that revolutionize the aquatic industry.
