I loved this suit from the first lap. Good coverage. Wide elastic. I read about it falling down on some. It does gap at the push offs, but I guess my speed isn't fast enough to pull it down.Since it had the grommet and space for a drawstring, I put one in. |

I use these boy shorts for practice swim/ lap swimming - replacing a one piece. They do feel smaller than expected (after calling in and getting help from a swimoutlet associate). However they are not too small that I cannot use them or that they give me a muffin top. They do squash my butt in and the waistband flips over everytime I push off the wall of the pool. For the price and the fact that I purchased them over the internet w/o trying them on it wasn't such a bad thing and that's why I give it 4 stars. It certainly was a very hard decision when deciding on the large or the medium (I went with med) due to the fact that when I purchase underwear I usually purchase large for my delicously large backside yet petite waist. Does that help? |

The other reviews said it ran big, so I ordered a size smaller than usual. The size was fine, but the overall coverage isn't really a boy short. It fit more like a regular bottom - especially in the front - so I returned it. |

when will speedo get it right? why put fake string, that doesn't tie but just looks like it on swim suit bottoms? these felt Ok when i tried them on, so i wore them. in the pool they felt lose around the legs and the waist, its hard to keep them up. if the string really worked i could tighten it around my waist although still to big around the legs. i'm stuck with them because i wore them, but i wont be wearing them to swim laps in. they are cute but useless for me. |

The string in front is only for decoration. It would be better if it was a drawstring. |

I love how it looks, but is a little to big for medium size and it doesn't have the inside string to make it tighter. |

I usually wear a 10 in a one-piece, medium in this style fit me perfectly. Great style, color, fit, and feel I have come to expect from Speedo but usually hard to find in a womens 2-piece. Great suit! |
