Quick, simple, effective. Works best if your goggles are clean and unscratched. Great for my older goggles that have lost their factory antifog coating. Not quite as effective in the colder, open water sessions. I just have to re-apply more often in colder temps.

Used this spray to give my goggles some anti-fog protection as its lost its inherent anti-fog capacity. This stuff works great, I highly recommend!

Just a little goes a long way. Not only does it keep swim goggles fog free, it also preserves the clarity of the lenses preventing mineral build up. I dunk the goggles in the pool water 3 times prior to wearing to make sure all the solution is gone. Otherwise, it does sting eyes.

My daugther tried using this on her goggles to see if it would help them to not fog up during her swim meets. She was not impressed. Didn''t work very good.

Saw a fellow lap swimmer at the pool. She put her gear by the lane along with a bottle of Quick Spit. I asked if I could try it. My goggles were fogging and I wanted to see if Q.S. worked. This stuff is amazing! It kept my Speedo Vanquishers fog-free for two workouts. No burn, no issues at all. I''m buying a bottle. As far as the "natural" ingredients? Sort of gives me the willies imagining what they might be, so, I just won''t think about it.
