The fins are so light it''s hard to get traction on kicking sets.

I''m using these fins to train for my first triathlon at a friend''s recommendation. They are a great training aide. Not as much propulsion as traditional swim fins but they help develop a more efficient kick and are easier on the legs.

I never used training fins before, so I am still in a period of adjustment,. Nevertheless, I think they are very cool. Lightweight, easy to put on and take off, comfortable to wear while swimming. I love the feeling of strength and power when I wear them; beware...the wall comes up faster than without them :) I look forward improvement that using these will bring to my stroke.

These are lightweight fins - great when you have a load of stuff to carry to the pool. I ordered a bigger size than my normal size since the reviewers suggested that and my fins fit perfectly (I wear women''s size 11 and I got size Large). I am still not used to these fins when I swim on my side - they are difficult for me to control. My PT suggested that I need to tighten my lower core more and these fins would be good for that. (My shoulders are wrecked which is why I swim without using my arms much and use fins to move more quickly.)

The fit is perfect, they do not rub. They really work the muscles the way I wanted. I am able to swim much faster and easier.

These are just what I needed; they fit perfectly and are much lighter than other swim fins I have tried. The contoured shape seems to encourage a more efficient kick.

I wear a size 11, and I bought the XL. They fit perfectly, they do run small and tight, it is better to order up. They feel great in the pool, and I am just getting back into shape and I swim anywhere from 3/4 mile to a mile 3-4 days a week at my local gym. I''m 56 and a former college swimmer, so these are perfect for getting back into shape!

Love these fins but a medium for a women size 9 is very roomy. Still works though. Fins really give your legs a better workout.

Very light and comfortable. The first time I used them, I could lap swim 20 laps (25M) without blister. Like a pair of shoes, they became easier to use since. Dries quickly. Definitely ma favorite fins.

Lightest Fins! |

Love the look and feel of this fins. I always wear the fins when lap swimming as I have severe arthritis and do not have power to push, but for some reason, MENS size 6-7 is too small for me (I wear womens 7.5). My ankle is about 81/2 inches but with my weak arthritic hands, it takes long time to put them on. Once on, they fit nicely and after 20 laps, no blisters. Very comfortable, too.
