The cap definitely adds warmth and is easy to use. It is snug and fits uniformly to my head. Without the cap, my ears would turn bright red from the cold. With the cap, the parts of my head that are covered are quite comfortable. The only negative is that the strap is a tad tight on my throat. I haven't tried others and will continue using this one.
for females it is a little too big, but when used with a silicon cap over the top it really holds the heat.
Identical to Blueseventy Skull Cap which I also bought.Lack of adjustable neckstrap makes it cheap to produce but result is inferior comfort.
I used this recently swimming in Lake Michigan near Traverse City. Water temps have been unusually cold this year. The neoprene cap made a difference, keeping my head warm and comfy even in high 60's water.I wonder about its durability, but time will tell on that.
Comfy and warm, what more could you ask?

it does get a little hot around the ears, but the main thng is that it STAYS ON AND IN PLACE--no more adjusti ng of swim cap!
While I appreciate that this cap does keep my head warmer while swimming, the main reason I bought it was the hope that it would help to keep water out of my ears, which it does not totally accomplish. I found the cap comfortable and easy to put on and take off. have very long hair, and the bulk of my hair seemed to make the cap fit oddly--I suspect people with shorter hair will have a better fit and may find the entire cap to be more watertight. I found that the cap slid up oddly around my forehead, exposing my hair, and that my hair got damp around the edges of the cap. The cap does cover the ears and securely kept my earplugs in place, but I was not convinced that the cap alone would keep my ears 100% dry.
Received the cap just intime for 2nd swim in Island Park Reservoir Idaho. Water was about 58. It was great not to have my head and ears freezing when I jumped in. Cap was comfortable and seemed to help with keeping me warm compaired to swimming with a normal swim cap. Would recomend this product if you will be swimming in cold water.
This swim cap works well. Easy to put on and quick to take off. Very warm and so helpful for swimming in cold water. Highly recommended.
