I had a pair of paddles with strap but when my swim coach let me use her FINIS agility paddle I loved the feel and bought my own. They''re great to practice active gliding and free arm stroke with.

I purchased these for age group swimmers in the varying sizes. Immediately the swimmers could tell a significant difference in their technique. I have one swimmer who suffers from tendonitis in the shoulder. With the new FINIS paddles, she swims freestyle correctly and has no shoulder pain. Highly recommend!

These are wonderful paddles. They are so easy to use and a nice, light paddle for working on technique. If you are new to paddles, go towards a smaller size, and if you want more resistance go to a larger size.

These are great stroke training paddles. Don''t buy these for resistence training, they are not designed for that. You must keep your thumb locked in. I use them to work on my stroke technique.

This is the 4th pair I have bought since Finis came out with this style paddle and I love them. My family and I all use them in practice and nearly all the masters I swim with as well. The strapless design and ergonomic shape is very comfortable. Once you try them you will never go back to flat paddles and rubber straps again. Great product.
