Not much flotation from this. need to be able to move at a really good clip, or keep your head in the water. not for folks out for sunday stroll in the pool. this is for people who are working in the water. |

Supports enough when kicking without having to 'fight it' and fits well in the swim bag. Substitutes well as a pull buoy by slipping between the legs when I pull on the training gloves for an upper-body workout. Good design and size...Bravo ! |

This kickboard is lightweight and it moves through the water very smoothly. I like the surface texture, it is easy to hold onto. |

Other boards would cause my shoulder and lower neck muscles to ache. This board has awesome grooves for your arms that are very comfortable and prevent the muscle aches.
The board is also very hydrodynamic .
I've been swimming for a while and this is my favorite board so far. |

This board is smaller then your usual board. It's very light and comfortable. I don't recommend it for people who can't really swim and need the support to stay above water, but i do recommend this board for those of you who can swim and want a little extra support to refine your kick. |

Too small for me. Great for a little person, do not recommend for large framed people. |

I really liked how small the board is and how it can fit inside my swim bag. However, it is so small that anyone over 200 lbs. will likely find themselves kicking extra hard to keep their head above water. If you hold it at arms length way out in front of you then it works best. But don't expect to use it to rest or to swim slow kicking laps. Seems more for competition training rather than casual training |

This kickboard makes me so fast that the others in the pool are jealous. My first time using it i could barley hang on to it because it was gliding across the top of the water with evinrude type speed. I am hoping that they have a kickboard race at my next meet so that i can smoke the competition. |
