I bought these because I wanted larger paddles, but preffered the Speedo T strap over those with tubing. (These are the same size as the yellow strokemakers.) I really like the paddles and have definitely seen improvement in my pulling sets. My only complaint is that the T straps are definitely made for man hands. Even after pulling them really tight, there is still a little gap between my hand. I'm thinking I might be able to do some strap surgery and make it work, but women with smaller hands should probably order the next size down. |

I used to use another brand of paddles but they did hold up for long. I decided to give these a shot. The materials they are made of seem to be good quality and durable. They also feel more natural on my pull than other paddles allowing just enough water to pass through to make it a good resistance workout while not altering my natural stroke technique. The full coverage bands were much different than I was used to but they provide you with small single (finger and wrist seperate) bands to use if you don't want the large one shown in the picture. |

I like how these feel in the water and the straps make it easy to put on or take off. |

Used for swim practice. Especially like the way that the paddle is held on the hand. |

I use the power paddles during pull sets with my pull buoy, as well as using them with my fins during speed/power sets. The red (medium) paddles fit great and really help deliver a good arm workout in the water. It is a little tough getting them on but that is what happens when you go from having a hand to a paddle. |

I have the large in these and use them to step up my workouts for my arms. I ordered the small thinking I could use them for other strokes but they were too small. I should have got the medium. I decided to return them for this reason. |

This product seems to really keep your hands close to your body. They are slightly wider than I expected. They turn out to be more of a keep your form good aid than a power and speed intensifier. |

Be careful with the straps! Son was adjusting the fit and the rubber snapped off. Product was brand new. Swimoutlet very speedy & helpful in replacing item at no charge. |
