I bought these for myself, my husband & my son. They were comfortable & I liked them much better than water shoes. They kept my feet from getting scratched up when walking on the cement & from getting too hot when walking on the hot sand. They didn''t feel like I was wearing a shoe in the water. The problem was that they only lasted one day. By the end of the first day, we had worn holes in them. I''d love to see something like this that was more durable- then it would be perfect!

I purchase the speedo because a previously purchased Sproti brand was not available. The Speedo''s feel a bit large for a 10-12 as my foot is an 11 1/2 and the boot feels loose. I would not recommend a person with a 10 foot purchase this boot. The Sporti I had previously purchased fit much better.

This sock provides a comfortable cushion between my feet and the fins I am wearing while learning to swim. Because of my shoe size, which is 9.5, the socks were initially a little tight but quickly stretched to accommodate my feet. I had first tried the XL/10-12 size, which was too big for me. (By the way, I received OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE when I called to initiate the return of the first pair. WAY TO GO SWIM OUTLET.COM!!!!) Also, the first few times slipping my feet into the fins was a little difficult, but after three or four swims the socks slid in without a problem. If the material was just a tad thinner it would be better for me, but this pair is now working well. Give the socks a short break-in period and you''lld be very satisfied.

I purchased this product, not as fin socks, but for a deep water aerobics class held in an out door pool, rain or shine. The extra insulation and resistanace are a perfect combination for my class.
