I have very long hair and the latex or just plain silicone caps were difficult to get on and off and pulled my hair. I was really happy to discover this cap! Only caveat is that in your past, before the time when God created the earth but everything else is made in China, these caps were meatier. Now the outside coating is just very, very thin. Sigh...... But I''ll still buy them as there''s nothing better yet to replace them with.

I know nothing about swimming and bought this cap pretty much by accident. I tend to have a large head, the adult size fit and it''s super comfortable to swim in and doesn''t pull my hair. I highly, highly recommend it.

I don''t know why manufacturers don''t state actual head sizes when they describe their products. Thank goodness for consumer reviews. I also bought the ''Speedo Silicone Aqua-V'' in Large. I like the stretch fit best - it''s comfortable and doesn''t grab your hair. I am a recreational lap swimmer.
