Roomier than a regular silicone cap, which is great since I have thick, long hair that loves to sneak out of my caps during workouts. I don''t have to keep tugging the cap down by my temples or neck to keep the stray hairs inside. And since it''s silicone rather than latex, it should last a good long while.

My daughter has long curly hair so needed a larger cap. Within a week, the first one ripped. Working on the second. Would like to see some different patterns, etc with the larger caps.

I have a large head and a considerable amount of hair and this cap fits GREAT! I would reccomend it for someone with long hair, a larger than average head,or someone who wears braids.

I bought this cap because my daughter swims competitively and is in the pool 5-7 days a week. She has very thick long hair and it is difficult to find a cap that fits well for long. After a while they are so streatched out that they just slide right off her head! This cap is designed for long hair so there is more room and stretch to the silicone. She loves it, says it gives her more confidence and a better fit. I would recommend anyone with longer hair give it a try.

My 11 year old daughter LOVES this cap! She has lots of long hair and she indicates it stays on well and is very comfortable when she swims competively. This is the second cap of this brand we have bought....as the first one tore after a few months of use. My daughter wanted to make sure I purchased the same cap to replace the first one!

My hair goes to about the bottom of my scapula, and there''s still extra room in this cap. It tends to slide off my head too.
