TYR Corrective Optical Goggles Reviews

I feel great using my new prescription goggles.They are good for the cost.Also they fit very nicely and no leakage of water in pool or any problems uptill now.The best thing is that I can see everything in the pool. My prescrition was for -6.50 and I ordered -6:00 and they are working great.

I have been swimming blind for some time until I found these.  Coming out of the water in a triathlon was a little scary when you have to run to the transition area.  I used to do this with out glasses and while I always made it with out a problem I was always worried and took my time because I couldn't see well.  Finding you bike in a field with hundreds of others was not much fun either.  

These fit well and are comfortable.  The rubber strap is very soft and adjust easily and stays put.  Vision is very clear and does not fog.  I would recommend to anybody.  If your eyes require different strength then split the difference.  Very impressed.

These goggles are awesome. Due to the fact that I was(am) always going to the beach, I was worried about going into the water with my regular glasses on fearing that if a big/strong wave came along, I would lose them. Once these came, I will not lie, I "tested" them. After I received them, the first thing I did was take a shower with the on. Not only was I able to see perfectly, but the water stayed out my eyes. Then on the following day, the big "test" came when I had gone to the beach and tried them out with "rough" waters.. When I went under water..... OH MY GOD!!!! It was like I still had my glasses on... I was able to see perfectly and clearly to the point where I was able to see(and grab) and huge seashell. Then the following week, I used them in a pool, and for the first time, I was able to see clearly while swimming under water in a pool. Bottom line, is if you know what your prescription, GET THESE GOGGLES!!!! Definitely worth it.

These prescription goggles are the only ones I can wear comfortably.  I tried three different kinds before I settled on these.  I wouldn't mind a little more padding in the seal, but it only starts to bug me on swims over an hour or so.

It's great to finally be able to see under the water without wearing contact lenses under goggles.  I'm happy with the TYR goggles.  My only complaint is that they are not quite as comfortable as my old Speedo goggles (that were not corrective).

My husband cannot see anything without his glasses. So when we go swimming everything was a blur. For our honeymoon we were going snorkeling. My husband wouldn't be able to see anything. A friend told me about prescription googles. I'm so glad that we bought them.They fit great and we had a great time! Now he can see everything when we go swimming for the first time in his life! Great buy!!

I'd given up hope of ever snorkeling. What's the point if you can't see? The TYR goggles provided nearly perfect visibility. And the price can't be beat!

We got this product for our 14 year old daughter to go snorkeling in the Bahamas. She has very poor eye sight without her glasses- and she loved it.  She also uses it in the pool. Very good product.

This is my second pair of these goggles.  The first lasted several years through 3x/week fitness swimming.  Aside from the obvious visual clarity (I'm a -5.0 diopter person), I like the nose bridge adjustment  option (I have a narrow nose bridge and sometimes have difficulty  with adult eyeglass frames) though at wider adjustment they should work for anyone.  The silicone seals work reasonably well.
