I am a new swimmer and I find this to be very useful. It stays on and covers my ears, and if I really wanted I could stretch it enough to cover part of my face! I use it in conjunction with the Lycra to keep water from reaching my hair. That is if, I properly put them on.

This seems to be a little thinner than my old cap. It's good because I don't struggle to get it on anymore. And it holds my long hair in fine.

Great price and gets the job done once you get it on your head but it pulls like crazy on my longer hair. Probably would be great for someone with very short or no hair.

This product was nasty! It broke not even half way through my practice and I had to swim with a broken swim cap! Do not buy!

I have a large head and this has been the best cap to cover my ears and stay put. For it to be better, to make it a littel biger would be great.This is the best so far and will buy it agane. Larry

In my opinion, this is a great product. I am a competitive swimmer and it lasts me the whole season. It doesn't tear or dry rot (provided I take care of it- I powder the inside after each use to prevent it from sticking). Also, I have a LOT of hair and it stays up in the cap. For those of you who have lots of hair/long hair, this should work well for you as well. Excellent product, I recommend it!
