I wear this suit over a brief when I practice and I like the fit. This is my first Sporti suit and was skeptical at first, but so far so good. I don''t think the quality is as good as the Speedo square mesh training suit which I''ve had in the past, but for the Sporti price, this suit is well worth it.

Like a lot of other comments, the leg openings feel tight. Waist and drawstring are good as is the overall quality and value. It does provide some resistance and extra workout effort.
