I found this much too tight. I have an average head but longer earlobes, and when the cap rides up (which I find all caps do) the edge cuts into my earlobe and is uncomfortable. If you also have this problem, try the Club Swim Solid Silicone Swim Cap or the Aquasphere Aqua Glide swim cap. |

This is the only cap for those with long hair. My hair is to my waist. I wet it and fold it over my head, then slide this cap on forhead first. After I tuck my hair in I'm golden for 2 hours of lap swimming. This is the only cap that is large enough to hold my hair and not squeeze off. |
