Before I bought these I read the reviews and I''m glad I did. I normally wear a size Large. In reality with these shorts I needed an XL. They fit fine and aren''t too short in thee legs which is a great thing. As long as you buy a size bigger you''ll be fine.

My extra-large Speedo shorts fit perfectly. These seem well-made and are stylish, but this "extra-large" must apply to somewhere with tiny people.
I will use this as a holiday gift to a friend rather than go through all the machinations of returning/replacing. Nice swim shorts, but not for my American body.

These shorts last a very long time. They are comfortable and of high quality look and feel. The materials last, well who knows...forever? The elastic waist lasts about 2 years with consistent chlorinated pool use of about 4 + hours/week. Love them.
