Size: Feels too small

I use this parka to go to and from water aerobics.  It''s a little heavier than I expected, but seems to be good quality.  It will be even more useful when the weather gets cooler.

Size: Feels too small

I originally ordered 2 parkas - one for my 14 yo daughter and one for my 12 yo old son. The medium adult was a good size for my girl (5''6") but I thought it would be too big.  Since my son is still growing (daily?!) I returned his and got an adult XL which is not terribly huge on him (5''5"). If my husband needed one we would be in trouble, but since it''s for the kids, we are thrilled with the parkas.

Measure yourself and purchase accordingly. I bought the XS because of measurements and it fits just right. I swim early in morning in CO at a club. This parka is perfect for wearing to/from club.  It has a soft, cozy insulative lining that is wonderful.

I bought this product to go to swim meets outdoors. I am fairly new to US masters and living in the bay area. I had a hard time during my first swim meet at an outdoor swimming pool. Warming up was almost useless because it was so cold outside the pool. This parka does its job. It keeps me dry and warm and can be worn as a rain coat too.

We got this parka for my daughter for swim meets and water polo games.  She has used it a few times already and has been very pleased.  It has been windy and the parka has really cut the cold.  She loves all the pockets and we were concerned about the zipper because of the reviews but we have not had any problems with it.  We were told to get the medium even though she usually wears a small. The medium was a little big but the small would have probably been a little on the small side.  Overall a good value for the money.

The size you need is misleading.
My swimmer is a size boys 18, which implies youth large.

He prefers the adult large as he wears it sort of as a blanket.
A youth large fits like a jacket and it appears the kids after swimming do not want to put on a fitted article of clothing.  

The jacket itself  is nice because of the pockets, lining and weight.

The swim parka is a great solution for me as I just wear my bathing suit, flip flops, and parka to the pool and back home now. Still bring a towel to dry off when I get out of the pool, but I can drive home in my bathing suit & parka and shower there.. My car has cloth seats that can get a little bit damp, however nothinng like being wet! It dries quickly or a hand towel in the center of the seat lengthwise half on seat and half on lower back takes care of it. Sizing feels just a little on the small side.

I live in Southern CA and it''s been chilly this year!  I am so glad that I got this parka it''s warm and comfortable.  It''s huge on me...but I ordered an XL so that''s my fault.  It dries well and just keeps the cold out!  Great buy would highly recommend!
