These are one of the best earplugs I have had. The only drawback, which is not that bad. They stick out and if you are wearing a swim cap this is a problem. I just took scissors and cut the ends a little and they were perfect! I would highly recommend these plugs. I bought like 6 pair.

they stay in with a neophrene headband but not a cap. they pop out then and you get flooded if you have tubes in your ears

These earplugs are wonderful. No water got in my ears at all. I was simply amazed. I have been looking for a good pair of earplugs for years. I have badly scarred membranes from too many untreated ear infections when I was a child, and water does not drain from my ears like it should, therefore, I wind up with an infection if I get water in my ears. The earplugs are very comfortable and they stay in place well. I have nothing but good to say about this product. Thank you so much!

Work very well, but stick a little out from ears if you are wearing a tight swim cap.
