I purchased these paddles because they were a good price. The paddles I have now are still awesome, but the bands are a little snug and my fingers would get uncomfortable after a hour in the pool. These looked like a better design. They are a good fit and put less strain on my fingers with only a wrist and middle digit securing strap. They are thinner then my others, but overall hold up well. I''m leary in pulling too hard on the strapping because if it breaks, I''m right back where I started with rubber hosing to secure my hand to the paddles.

I ordered the medium (my middle finger is 7.5 inches) and the fit is excellent. I swim every day and use the paddles for 50 laps (out of 100 laps swum) - When I go back to swimming without the paddles I feel as if my stoke is stronger and more efficient.

These give me a much better work out,I swim in the ocean each day as long as the surf is not to big,for around one hour or so.When I use the hand paddles I can really feel the difference in the power they give me.

These paddles fit my hands and I love the gentle curve in them. My fingers do not slide around at all which I love. Highly recommend!

They are very useful but I do have very large hands so for me, they were a bit small. However, it is very easy to use and adjust they way I want it to be. It is has helped me every time I used them and has improved my swimming ten fold.

These are great. They''re lightweight, just the right size for my hands (medium) so they don''t feel clumsy. The strapping, especially around the wrist, is excellent, keeps your hands from sliding off. Because they hold so well, it can take a bit of effort to remove the first one - like typing with mittens on - but it''s better that they should stay on firmly than slip off. Way cheaper than anything local, too.

Been using these for the past 4 years... I just bought a pair for my Mom. An essential for swimming. Good quality, comfortable, love the slight arch in the middle and indents where the fingers go.
