I use the aquajogger for water exercises and swimming. It is a bit thicker than the other ones but I love the buoyancy it gives me (I am a woman)-- although it is a little more difficult to swim (the arm strokes) with it as it is thicker but it still works. I love it because I have to keep my ears dry to prevent infection and it keeps you suspended nicely above the water. |

I bought this belt for myself as well as for use by my husband. I have used the AquaJoggers in water aerobics classes. I love this product. The belt fits great; I did buy a larger AquaJogger elastic belt if the belt didn't fit. I now have a replacement belt when needed. The price of the belt is the lowest I have found on the internet. |

Holds me upright well but belt very tight-I have a 44 inch waist and wonder if I should have purchased the larger size. |
