I don''t use the nose clips. I get them for my sister. She loves them, no complaints.

First I should say that I don''t normally wear nose plugs but have adopted them for a new workout at the pool (to improve breathing-stroke rythum and endurance). The nose plugs will work. But I still have to adjust them often to get them into the correct position otherwise they slip off my nose. They pinch after a while (15min) but do keep the water out. I would suggest that the tips are very good but the plastic ''bridge'' should be modified to allow more personal adjustment (now they are just a clothes peg). But then that would be a different product at a different price I am sure. I will be asking around for a better noseplug but will keep these for now.

As it turns out - didn''t really need this for my fitness swim class but I have worn it a couple of times and it is comfortable and does the job intended.

Water tends to love going inside my nose and so this helps me tons! It''s cheap (in price) and I love it!

Have never used a nose clip before so thought I would give it a try. It fits tight on the nose which it should because if you do flips in the pool when swimming laps it stays put, it just takes getting use to for me since like I said have never used a nose clip before, glad I have it because before I would have sinus drainage after swimming with the nose clip no more drainage.

These are just right for me. They keep water out of my nose and they are so comfortable I forget I have them on.

Cheap plastic Very tight, if you''ve a thin nose ok. Otherwise pretty uncomfortable They don''t adjust
