I love paddles and they help a ton in swimming. Paddles help your arms get stronger so you can swim faster at meets

There''s even little contours in the palm area to help it be a little more comfortable.

We had been looking for paddles that our team members could purchase at an inexpensive price and still get a good quality item. These fit the requirement. I tried them on before using them as a door prize at our end of season banquet. They seem to be a very good fit, the medium size is what I ordered. I was looking for something that might fit most of our team. They felt good on my hands. I believe they will work out well for the lucky team member.

Works well at building upper body strength and allows you to get a good grab on the water. The finger support does tend to become irritating on my finger if used for long periods. Great starter swim paddles

I borrowed these from a friend in the pool and immediately knew I had to have a pair of my own. The mediums fit me perfectly - in that they aren''t too big, so no unnecessary strain on my shoulders while helping improve my stroke. For the price, these paddles can''t be beat.

Ive been swimming competitively for over 17years and I love these paddles. My old paddles finally broke so I upgraded to these. They feel sturdy and are very comfortable to wear for long pull sets. Price was just the cherry on top!

great for practicing the breaststroke. Bigger ones get in the way. These (the smaller paddles) emphasize the breaststroke pull feel to help find that sweet spot.

I just purchased the Sporti Power Swim Paddles and have used them once so far 4x50 yds drill. The paddle ensures that I lift my elbow high and that my paddles/wrists orient in the most efficient way possible to enter the water. I really can''t say if these are better, worse, or the same as other paddle products. I can say that I''m satisfied because they provide the benefits that I need to my swim technique.
