Really helps your arms in workouts and are more comfortable than other paddles.

These paddles make the work-out more fun and you can really feel them working.

Once I started wearing the product properly the results were astounding .  Helped find deficiencies in my stroke , as well as made my stroke stronger .

Well the original straps look pretty but catch the water...however, speedo knows this and included some ordinary straps with the paddles.  The countours don't match up with my hands at all. The indent for the hand is too far back which then puts the wrist strap across my hand and not over my wrist.  Might work for someone, not me.  I also bought the Finis Freestyler paddle...they are great.  I would buy those unless you have tried these before and know they fit right.

Flexible but fits the hand well. The pads move well through the water for free, breast and back strokes.

After reading other reviews, I was expecting to have issues with the straps but that is not the case.  These paddles are easy to put on and take off and fit great from the outset.  The contoured shape is great too - much better than the flat type.

loved this product I didn't know if I was going to like it, but it's fabulous.  Liked the contours I think this helps

These swim paddles are great!  I used to use the Speedo square ones for years.  These are so nicely contoured to your hand and are easy to get on and off.  I highly recommend these.

Thanks to others who rated their purchases, I purchased these. Never used paddles before. First time out, felt they improved my stroke--and gave me a great upper body workout. Should these ever break--can't see it happening, but they might--I'd replace them immediately.
