I love these and just reordered them by telephone because my old pair is absolutely worn out. I do water exercise in a pool due to joint problems and spine surgeries. I wear these gloves and an aqua belt around my waist. The belt allows me to be suspended in the pool. I exercise for an hour, from 3-4 days a week. This is my only exercise. These gloves provide great resistance in the water. I do water jogging, twisting, jumping jacks, scissors, you name it. Weight Watchers, these gloves, and my aqua belt have helped me lose over 43 pounds so far and I'm still going strong and still losing weight, inches, and sizes. The water exercise has completely reshaped my body. Can't recommend them highly enough. I just urge you to go larger than you think so your hands won't feel confinded. I also highly recommend the velcro closure. The zipper ones are awkward to put on. |
