I''ve always wondered how a pair of swim gloves would work so decided to try a pair.They were pretty easy to adapt to and I found they added some resistance to my workout and made it a bit more aerobic. They work very well for lap swimming.

The gloves fit very well and do the job. I need them mainly to work on the size of my arms. I have the problem that many women have, very large upperarms. I have just started wearing them and can feel the the difference in my muscles. I have measured my bicep and will measure again in a month.

I recommend this water glove after trying different kinds, it is easy to but on and don''t wear out as quick than the other brands. Make sure you wash them out after using in Chlorine Pools.
