These barbells are exactly what I was looking for. I do isometric work with them while treading water and I also swim laps while holding them (breast or side stroke). These are a great way to combine modalities. I hope to "gratuate" to the higher resistance weights soon! |

1. uSE THEM IN POOL FOR HELPING IMPROVE MY BREATHING ,
2.they encrease the resisstance a lot.
3. The SPEEDO AQUA Barbells were also the lease costly to buy.
1bad-- they get water inside some times and it doesn't drain well |

Purchased set of barbells at my professional aquaerobic instructor's suggestion. She has said that the ones I purchased are every bit as good as the ones she has. I am very pleased with both the quality and the value, I had shopped around, both in "brick & mortar" and online stores and my instructors original suggestion of SwimOutlet.com was right on. |
